RIVERSONG SPA ADHERES TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES & PROCEDURES REGARDING REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS.

PRODUCT  REFUNDS

There are no refunds on opened or unopened products unless a medically proven allergic reaction is determined by a physician. At which time, the product needs to be returned to Riversong Spa within 15 days of purchase.  Refund will be issued in product credit or exchange for another product of equal value.

SERVICE  REFUNDS

There are no refunds on services, unless otherwise determined by Management.

There are no cash/credit back refunds. If Management determines that compensation is appropriate, the Client will receive an in house gift card for an estimated dollar amount.

Service Providers are not permitted to grant refunds at any time.

check-in:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first appointment to ensure enough time for you to start to unwind, decompress, and fill out our intake forms and liability waivers.  If you are a returning client, but have new concerns to discuss with your service provider, please arrive 5-10 minutes early.  We apologize, but we are unable to accommodate the full length of your service if you are late for your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To avoid a cancellation fee, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice for single service appointments and a 48 hour notice for multiple service appointments or packages. We do require having credit cards on file to schedule services. Cancellation Fees are as follows: No Shows for Services are charged full price for missed appointment. Canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice are charged HALF the cost of the service.

FACILITIES:

We do have a shower available for client use.  Normally clients utilize the shower after yoga classes and in between spa appointments.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We do ask that you fill out liability waiver and consent forms before yoga classes and infrared sauna sessions.  Please speak with your medical professional before beginning any new exercise programs, and consult with your service provider if you have any health concerns prior to your appointment.
